 - The senior advisor for Irish Aid on HIV/AIDS, Mary Oduka, has cautioned HIV/AIDS NGOs not to test pupils and secondary students without getting the consent of their parents. "I would not want to see that Irish Aid money is used for testing children as it is against government policy," Oduka said.
